Plasma Cutting Capabilities
Plasma cutting is performed by releasing gas at high speeds from a plasma torch where an electrical current is applied to turn gas into plasma arc. The plasma is used to pierce the steel and cut.
Our high precision cnc plasma cutting service producing high quality plasma cut parts by using state-of-the-art plasma cutters. Int is a very cost-effective, precise method to cut complex shapes out of the metal plate cleanly. Our plasma cutter cuts thicker materials, including steel, mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Water Jet Cutting Capabilities

Flame Cutting Capabilities
Flame, or oxy-fuel, cutting is an effective and efficient way to cut your metal to size and shape. The process uses a torch that combines heated oxygen and fuel gases to melt and remove steel, which is highly effective for large steel products like beams, plates, jumbo tubing, and more. Flame cutting is also the most cost-efficient method for large-scale cutting needs.

Bevelling Capabilities
We operate an advanced Austrian Linsinger automatic bevelling machine, offering over ten times the efficiency of standard equipment. It excels at ultra-wide, ultra-long plates and high-precision U-grooves for materials like 9Ni steel.
We process carbon steel, stainless steel, and nickel-based alloys, handling plates 3-18 m long, 0.55-4.2 m wide, 5-100 mm thick, up to 30 tons each. A single shift can process up to 19 plates.
We support multiple bevel types—U, Y, W, X, and V—serving industries such as shipbuilding, petrochemicals, and pressure vessels.
With an annual capacity of 120,000 tons and CNC-enabled automation, we deliver fast, consistent, and high-quality beveling for large projects and high-end materials.

We totally have about 154 sets of steel cutting machines including water jet cutting, laser cutting, high definition plasma cutting, robotic contour beveling, flame cutting, sawing machines from Germany Trumpf, Germany Messer, Japan Tanaka, Japan Koike, Switzerland Bystronic, Sweden WJS, American FLOW, Italy and so on. Our cutting facilities have some of the longest tables in the fabrication industry.
